We are seeking a driven Senior Account Manager for the ISP portfolio to accelerate new customer acquisition and drive the Business Unit services revenue growth. This role combines new-business development with account management responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the success of our services in the market.


Qualifications and Experience Required:


Matric plus Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field
Proven track record in solution sales and new customer acquisition
Strong technical understanding of IT systems, hosting, colocation, and ISP environments
Experience crafting high-quality proposals and delivering customer presentations
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and accurate data management
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment


Key Performance Areas:


Proactively identify, research, and target new customers
Conduct cold calling, outbound outreach, and lead qualification
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships to ensure high retention
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full portfolio
Collaborate with pre-sales teams to create compelling, customer-specific cloud solution proposals and presentations
Articulate the Business Unit strategy and align offerings with customer business needs
Set up and maintain an accurate customer database and skills matrix in the CRM
Provide timely reporting (weekly sales/call reports, monthly/quarterly executive summaries to partners and management)
