Our client is looking for a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships, ensure seamless project delivery, and act as the bridge between clients and internal teams. The candidate is responsible for driving client satisfaction, account growth, and high-quality execution of campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities


Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative, digital, and production teams.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract documentation in line with company policy.
Track project progress, budgets, and billing in collaboration with finance.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure quality output and alignment with client objectives.
Resolve client issues and manage feedback constructively and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status, and revenue.
Support client retention and contribute to new business opportunities where required.

Required Experience


2 - 4 years' experience in account management, client service, or similar role (agency experience is a plus).
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing / creative agency workflows.
Commercial awareness and basic financial understanding (quotations, invoicing, budgets).
Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
Working in a digital, creative, or marketing agency environment is a plus.
Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
Understanding of media, content, and digital performance basics.
