Account Officer

Apex Network is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. You will serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with account inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring account activity, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management or finance.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
