Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to support the finance team in managing financial records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities


Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Perform reconciliation of accounts including bank and ledger reconciliations
Monitor daily sales reports and financial transactions
Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Support internal and external audit processes when required


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2 - 3 years experience in an accounting role
Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good analytical and organizational skills.
