Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to support the finance team in managing financial records, monitoring transactions, manage payroll, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Perform reconciliation of accounts, including bank and ledger reconciliations
Payroll computation
Monitor company expenses and income.
Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.
Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Support internal and external audit processes when required
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2 - 3 years of experience in an accounting role
Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of payroll management
