Objective:

Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Nigerian financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:


Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and audit documentation
Maintain accounting records, general ledger, and fixed assets register
Perform weekly bank reconciliations and manage payables/receivables
Manage supplier and staff payments
Support budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial analysis
Assist with tax filings and statutory compliance
Liaise with banks and external financial stakeholders


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 - 5 years' accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws is an advantage
ICAN certification is an added advantage
