Key Responsibilities


Maintain records of residents' management fee payments.
Issue receipts to residents for payments received.
Keep records of association dues payments from members
Review vendor invoices for correctness
Process payments to vendors and staff
Undertake trips to banks as required.
Prepare annual management fee budget
Prepare quarterly budget performance reports
Investigate and resolve payment disputes and resident complaints.
Provide quarterly reports on association dues and expenses.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' accounting experience, preferably in real estate, facility management or related industry
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint (QuickBooks and Sage are an added advantage)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
