Position Overview
Deutsche Partners Holding Limited is seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Company's financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations, supporting financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and providing accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate must possess strong technical accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, sound knowledge of financial reporting standards, and experience working within a structured corporate or financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Monitor departmental budgets and expenditure against approved budgets.
Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Support the implementation of financial systems, ERP platforms, and automation initiatives.
Utilize accounting software and digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
A Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience within a financial services or other regulated corporate environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
