Responsibilities
Post supplier invoices and reconcile supplier balances in the SAP system.
Prepare accounts payable and receivable schedules, including necessary adjustment postings in SAP.
Record accurate and timely accounting entries to support monthly financial close.
Perform bank and vendor reconciliations, ensuring all variances are investigated and resolved promptly.
Maintain and update accruals and prepayment schedules in line with accounting standards.
Manage the Fixed Assets Register, including additions, disposals, and movement schedules.
Support both internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries.
Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records in compliance with audit and company requirements.
Process supplier payments and ensure adherence to company policies and timelines.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Undertake any other finance-related tasks assigned from time to time.

Experience Requirements
2-3 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
At least CPA (2) /ACCA qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
