Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial records and accounting operations of our company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, compliance with financial regulations, and supporting management with financial insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and cash flow management
Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws
Prepare financial reports on project performance and cash flow
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and account reconciliations
Collaborate with internal audit to ensure compliance with financial procedures
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. ICAN, ACA, or ACCA certification is mandatory
3 - 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office & Accounting Software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, good time management, and high ethical standards
Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
