Key Responsibilities


Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements.
Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Prepare payment schedules and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure all financial data complies with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist with tax documentation and statutory filings.
Support the finance team with routine administrative tasks.


Requirements


Minimum qualification of HND, or a Bachelor's degree in the Accounting field.
3 - 4 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
