Job Summary
Our client, a reputable company in the Feminine Care Products industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support effective financial planning and reporting.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company's financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and update accurate financial records and accounts.
Manage invoicing, payments, receipts, and account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of financial records.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
3 - 5 years relevant accounting experience.
Audit background or prior experience in an audit firm is required.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound understanding of financial reporting standards.
Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulations is an added advantage.
