Job Description
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
Support and coordinate internal and external audits.
Collaborate with other departments on financial planning and business decisions.
Process tax payments and ensure timely remittance.
Maintain vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payables
Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
3-5 years post NYSC experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Membership of Accounting Professional bodies like ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
