Job Description
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Economics and account according to the approved curriculum.
Teach microeconomics, macroeconomics, business economics, and related topics.
Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching aids that make economic principles easy to understand.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations (WAEC, NECO, IGCSE where applicable).
Assess, record, and report on students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage students to think critically about economic issues, policies, and real-world applications.
Integrate ICT tools, charts, and case studies into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
Supervise class projects, debates, and discussions on economic and social issues.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, motivating learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve teaching and learning standards.
