We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will support the finance and administration department in day-to-day operations, data entry, record keeping, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting data entry and record updates
Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment vouchers
Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents
Support bank reconciliations and supplier statement follow-up
Assist in petty cash management and expense tracking
Follow up on client payments and outstanding balances
Support procurement records, purchase orders, and delivery documentation
Handle office administration duties and general coordination
Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel
Provide support to the Finance Officer and management team
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Honest, responsible, and professional attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Added Advantage
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Odoo
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or trading environment
