Accounts & Finance Officer

SALARY: KES 80,000 All Candidates Must: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. CPA Part II or above is Mandatory. 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within real estate, property management, land sales, or a related industry. Practical experience in bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial controls. Experience tracking customer instalments, sales collections, commissions, and outstanding balances will be highly desirable. Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Good knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, iTax, payroll processing, and statutory filing requirements. Proven experience in bank and M-Pesa reconciliations, petty cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
