Duties and Responsibilities:
Capturing payroll transactions
Ensuring the service outlet has sufficient float/change
Managing and ordering office stationery
Overseeing the employee maintenance savings plan
Administering fleet cards
Preparing and reconciling balance sheet accounts
Administering the PRP system
Performing bank reconciliations
Requirements
Microsoft office
SAP
Working knowledge of the Embrace system (advantageous).
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Qualifications:
National Senior Certificate
Bookkeeping Diploma would be beneficial
