Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and accounting documents.
Support the processing of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Help record financial transactions into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of financial entries.
Organize and file financial documents for easy access and record keeping.
Support the accounts team in preparing financial reports and summaries.
Assist in tracking expenses and monitoring petty cash transactions.
Help follow up on outstanding invoices and payments when required.
Provide administrative support to the finance department.
Perform other accounting or finance-related duties as assigned by the Accounts Officer, Senior Accounts Officer or Head of Finance.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with work experience.
