Overview


Our client, a reputable player in the oil & gas sector, is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and driven intern to support its Finance and Supply Chain operations.
This role offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in receivables management, inventory coordination, and end-to-end supply chain processes within a fast-paced industry.


Key Responsibilities


Support invoicing, billing, and timely follow-up on outstanding receivables
Maintain accurate customer account records and reconcile discrepancies
Assist in tracking payments and preparing receivables reports
Support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and order tracking
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation
Ensure proper documentation of financial and supply chain transactions
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operational flow


Requirements


Bachelor's degree (or currently serving NYSC) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Strong numerical and analytical skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Demonstrated willingness to learn and take initiative.
