Position Overview
As an Accounts Support Staff at RBTC Nigeria, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the financial activities of the organization. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to accounting best practices, and alignment with the spiritual and organizational values of RBTC Nigeria. You will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Applicants should preferably reside in or around Ketu, Ogudu, Maryland, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja, Isheri, OPIC, Ogba, or Agege environs.
Prepare general ledger entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end closing.
Compile and organize financial records and reports.
Process orders for merchandise or services and manage cash transactions.
Assist in budgeting and monitor expenditure against unit budgets.
Manage honorarium payments for instructors and guests.
Collate and process PRFs (Payment Request Forms) from team members.
Coordinate bookshop stocktaking and collaborate with the FLP Book Sales Team.
Assist in the preparation for financial and insurance audits.
Process payroll, benefits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Collaborate with Student Services to track and manage tuition receivables.
Track Partnership giving and provide bank statements to the Partner Services Department (PSD).
Document and monitor internal financial controls.
Conduct monthly analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Prepare and issue receipts, bills, policies, invoices, and checks.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory financial requirements.
Oversee tuition assistance administration.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, mailing, and filing.
Support the Accounts Team Lead or management in other assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Training:
Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferably an RBTC Alumnus or Student.
Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) are a plus.
Work Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Prior experience in charities or educational institutions is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and MS Office Suite.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
