Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
The successful candidate will support management and staff by handling office tasks, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with daily administrative activities.


Key Responsibilities


Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official letters
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documents as required
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Assist in preparing invoices and tracking payments
Support HR activities such as documentation and staff record management
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are maintained.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 0 - 1 year experience in an administrative role.


Technical Skills:


Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent document management and filing skills
Basic knowledge of accounting processes is an added advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills.
