We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support our legal team. The successful candidate will assist lawyers with administrative tasks, document management, and research, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and court filings.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Assist with case preparation, including gathering documents and evidence.
Help track case progress and deadlines.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, document transfers, and other administrative tasks as required.
Provide general administrative support
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Prepare and monitor accurate payment account records/preparing vouchers and CRFs.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND Degree with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
