Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Admin Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
The ideal candidate will be excellent at coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, supporting staff and management, and ensuring the office operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office activities.
Maintain accurate staff, client, and company records.
Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other official documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and visitors professionally.
Support HR and management with attendance, leave, onboarding, and other administrative processes.
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
Follow up on administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with company events, meetings, inspections, and other operational activities.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts when necessary.
Ensure the office environment remains organized, functional, and professional.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
Experience in real estate, property, or a related industry is an added advantage.
