Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Admin/Facility Coordinator to oversee the company's administrative operations, facilities, fleet, non-technical procurement, and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient use of company resources, coordinate vendors and internal teams, maintain operational standards, and oversee the successful delivery of poultry-facility construction and installation projects.


Key Responsibilities


Lead the company's administrative, facility, fleet, and non-technical procurement operations.
Plan and coordinate infrastructure and facility projects, including the construction of poultry houses, sanitation improvements, CCTV installations, IT infrastructure, and other facility enhancements.
Manage project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, vendors, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Develop and implement administrative, operational, facility-management, and project-management policies and procedures.
Manage office logistics, company assets, facility maintenance, and vendor contracts to support uninterrupted operations.
Supervise security, fleet, maintenance, project, and administrative personnel.
Coordinate procurement activities and maintain productive relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor project progress, identify operational risks, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support to departments across the organisation.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
A master's degree in Operations Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Professional certification in Project Management, Facility Management, or Procurement is an advantage.
Relevant training in workplace safety and vendor management is desirable.
7 - 10 years' relevant experience in administration, facility management, or operations leadership within a corporate or agribusiness environment.
Experience within the agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
Demonstrable experience in construction project management, facility management, office administration, procurement, fleet management, and vendor coordination.
Strong knowledge of policy implementation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and operational oversight.
Proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Strong organisational, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and multitasking environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant project-management tools.


Working Conditions:


Primarily office-based, with regular visits to farm facilities and project sites.
Requires frequent interaction with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
May require extended working hours or emergency callouts when necessary to address operational needs.
