Responsibilities
	These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus, and type of programme intervention.
	Supervise the day-to-day work of the cleaners, and casual staff 
	File administrative documents according to procedures 
	Ensure that utility bills (e.g. electricity, water, phone) are paid on time 
	Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness in all office interiors and advise the cleaners accordingly. 
	Assist in any administrative matters: filing, typing, updating phone lists, keeping adequate stationery supplies for office consumption.
	Assist in maintaining inventory of office equipment, furniture and fittings
	Arrange for internal/external conferences and workshops
	Ensure order and cleanliness of the offices and accommodation facilities including arranging for general maintenance as needed.
	Arrange for staff flight bookings, transport, and accommodations in coordination with other NRC offices. 
	Arrange for staff and visitors' accommodation, filling in check-in, and follow up with payments.
	Ensure NRC assets are in good condition and monitor maintenance if required and Proper filling of assets related documents (Equipment check in  - check out, Waybill, Donation certificate, Asset transfer form, etc.)
	Maintain custody of the office keys 
	Any other duty assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
	Hold a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration or any other relevant undergraduate qualification
	No work experience is required
	Well organized, efficient, hard-working
	Proactive and organized
	Ability to commence work immediately.
