Job Description


We are seeking to engage an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee and manage administrative operations, support business efficiency, and ensure effective coordination of company resources and facilities.


Responsibilities


Lead and manage the company's administrative operations and processes
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and controls
Oversee office management, fleet administration, and company assets
Coordinate procurement and vendor management activities
Supervise administrative staff and ensure operational efficiency
Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics coordination
Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
Prepare administrative budgets and monitor cost control initiatives
Support cross-functional departments to ensure seamless business operations
Generate periodic administrative reports for Management review.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Adminsitration, or related discipline with minimum of 7 - 10 years' proven experience in Administration, with at least 5 years in a managerial role (CIPM, NIM, MBA is an added advantage)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong knowledge of office systems, compliance practices, and administrative governance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adminsitrative reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
