Job Purpose:


To support the Events and Bookings Unit by handling administrative duties, coordinating event bookings, managing email communication, and ensuring smooth information flow between clients and the operations team.


Key Responsibilities:


Receive and record event and catering booking requests.
Maintain and update the events and bookings calendar.
Read, check, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Provide clear and accurate information as received from the relevant departments.
Assist in preparing event documentation and client communication.
Coordinate with the operations team to support planning and delivery of events. .
Maintain proper records and filing of event and client information.
Follow up on booking confirmations and client requests.


Requirements:


Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, understand, and respond to emails professionally.
Ability to give clear and accurate information.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
