OPay is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and assist with site coordination.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with the local area, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Coordinate office activities and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Support office leasing and site selection activities where required
Liaise with vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders
Maintain records, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or HND
Native of the location or has lived in the area for several years
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
Minimum of 1 year administrative or office support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in office leasing and site selection is an added advantage
