What you'll do:


Ensure the office and workshop run smoothly and efficiently (access, utilities, vendors etc)
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors & general inquiries
Manage records, correspondence, filing systems & basic bookkeeping
Oversee office coordination (supplies, pantry, cleaning, workspace readiness)
Support inventory tracking, ERP data entry & warehouse operations
Coordinate deliveries, pickups & liaise with riders, couriers & service providers
Maintain shipment tracking and flag delays to the operations team


What we're looking for:


2-3 years' experience in admin or office support
Strong organization, multitasking & attention to detail
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
Experience with logistics, inventory, or ERP systems is a plus
Familiarity with Nairobi operations/logistics setup
