Job Summary
The Admin/Regulatory Officer will be responsible for supporting regulatory compliance, managing corporate and regulatory documentation, and ensuring that the company's operations and products comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
The role will also serve as a key liaison between the company and relevant government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàMaintain accurate and up-to-date registrations, licenses, permits, and documentation relating to the company's products and operations.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàMonitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and guidelines.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàLiaise with regulatory authorities, government agencies, industry associations, and other relevant external stakeholders on behalf of the company.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàPrepare, review, organize, and maintain regulatory and corporate documentation.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàSupport the timely submission and renewal of regulatory applications, permits, licenses, and other statutory documents.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàKeep abreast of changes in relevant regulatory requirements and communicate updates to management.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàProvide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàPerform other administrative and regulatory duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàBachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Pure Sciences, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂà0 - 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàPrevious experience in regulatory compliance, food production/processing, manufacturing, agrochemicals, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàGood communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàOur ideal candidate should be no more than 28 years old, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. They should demonstrate a strong interest in regulatory compliance, administration, and business operations.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàMust be willing to work at the Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju-Lekki.
