Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
Liaise with courier companies, customers, and suppliers as required to coordinate deliveries and documentation.
Assist in coordinating local marketing activities (e.g., trade fairs, seminars, customer visits, business trips) and manage the distribution of marketing materials.
Support travel administration, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa-related arrangements.
Help maintain office inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating requirements, raising purchase requests, and following up on orders to ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, identify needs, and support the investigation and resolution of issues within the assigned area of responsibility.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the line manager


These are the skills you'll need


Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience (administration, office support, internship, or attachment is an added advantage).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
