Compile headcount daily, weekly, and monthly data. Capturing data and compliments, and complaints on SINJANI. Generate an Appointments list for follow-up clients from Tier.net Folder drawn according to Tier.net appointment list. Folders prepared for the next day (blood results filed/ stickers printed). If a new client facility folder is to be opened, the correct stationery placed in the folder, and stickers are to be printed.
Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel). The ability to accept accountability and responsibility with good interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be prepared to work 8 hours (i.e., Monday-Friday) and overtime when required.
Valid (Code B/EB) driver's license and willingness to travel across the Sub-district.
No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Candidates may be subjected to a practical test.
