Introduction
On the Dot, a subsidiary of Novus Holdings in Gauteng, currently requires the services of an Administration Clerk. We seek to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to assume responsibility as Administration Clerk, reporting to the Administration Controller. Main Purpose of the Role The Administration Clerk is responsible for the effective distribution, execution, administration, and day-to-day coordination of allocated routes and customer accounts.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
(The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)
Provide daily reporting feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
Verify and capture source documents accurately in the relevant systems.
Complete all logistical procedures in accordance with the applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Reconcile accounts and process credits for invoices that are under query.
Complete daily reconciliations and day-end processes, including the identification and recording of shortages.
Assist with customer-related queries, including account queries, listing and de-listing requests, and replenishment requests.
Submit all filing to the Administrator for filing and record-keeping.
Take responsibility for the overall management of allocated route accounts.
Minimum requirements
Matric
Administration related qualification or certification is highly advantageous
Atleast two years of experience working in administration
previous exposure to the logistics industry
knowledge of business management principles and practices
