Job Summary
Our client in the Logistics and Integrated cleaning services is searching for a qualified GM/COO.
The Group is a Lagos Mainland-based diversified service enterprise with interests in integrated cleaning solutions and logistics support services.

Job Purpose
The Administration & Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing the Group's administrative, human resource and corporate support functions.
The role ensures efficient office administration, effective people management, regulatory compliance and the provision of administrative services that support operational excellence, employee productivity and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management:
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee induction.
Maintain personnel records and administer employee welfare programmes.
Manage performance appraisal, training and staff development initiatives.
Support employee engagement, discipline and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Administration & Corporate Support:
Oversee office administration, facilities and administrative services.
Coordinate procurement of office supplies and administrative resources.
Manage corporate assets, records, insurance and company documentation.
Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for official assignments.
Policy, Compliance & Governance:
Implement approved administrative and HR policies.
Maintain statutory employment records and regulatory compliance.
Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Promote a safe, organized and professional working environment.
Organisational Support:
Coordinate staff meetings, training programmes and corporate events.
Support workforce planning and organisational development.
Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for Management.
Promote teamwork, organisational culture and continuous improvement.
