Duties
Assist in the implementation of administrative functions of the division, department, school, Unit or section.
Taking minutes in various committees.
Supervision of staff under them.
Advice the head of department on all matters relating to the department.
Assist in the setting and implementation of the departmental PC targets.
Assist in the adherence to the Quality Management Standards (QMS) for the implementation of the performance management system of the department.
Support planning and budgeting in the division, department, school, Unit or section.
Any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
For appointment to this grade, one MUST have:
Must Have
Have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized University.
Be proficient in computer applications packages.
Have one (1) year of relevant administrative experience.
Certified Secretaries (CS) Level I will be an added advantage.
Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the 2010 Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity upon successful appointment.
