Duties and responsibilities
Ensuring that office furniture and equipment are maintained
Overseeing daily and weekly cleaning of offices
Receive, distribute, and keep inventory of office furniture
Facilitate movement of employees to new workstations
Issue tea accessories and other essentials to employees
Replenish printing papers in the photocopiers
Ensure that the offices and their environs are clean and orderly all the time
Ensure clean drinking water and refreshments for employees is provided.
Manage incoming and outgoing mails, parcels, and bulky goods within the company
Ensure reprographic equipment, telephones and shredders are in good working condition
Facilitate payment of utility bills
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
Must be Prepared to serve anywhere in any of the business areas in Kenya
