The Position holder will be responsible for providing administration support and acting as the first point of contact for guests, related support functions and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, correspondence, filing, and office documentation.
Oversee renewal of permits, licenses, and office inspections.
Maintain office supplies, utilities, facilities, and general maintenance.
Prepare documents for internal/external communication.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Dispatch & Receiving Documents.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field. 3+ years' experience in office administration.
