Job Description
The administrative assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions, including document management, clerical support, and overall office coordination.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage calendars, distribute memos, schedule meetings, and provide reminders for management.
Manage schedules, appointments and meetings for staff.
Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail).
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Confidentially handle sensitive information.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/BSC in a relevant discipline.
Candidates must have good organizational and administrative skills.
Good record keeping and document filing skills.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent clerical acumen is highly required.
Must be ready and be able to work well within a team while maintaining outstanding relationship with all team members.
