Recruitment logistics, onboarding setup, leave tracking, staff events, and distributing HR communications.

What we're looking for
You might be a great fit if you…
Have 1 - 2 years in an admin, procurement, or office-support role (preferred, not absolute — strong juniors welcome).
Are highly organized, and work with intention and real attention to detail.
Are comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Notion.
Write and speak clear English and Swahili.
Prioritize well and hit deadlines reliably.
Are discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
Stay calm and reliable under pressure.
Are eager to learn and grow with a community that's still being built.
