The School Administrative Assistant shall provide support to the school administrative system by handling enquiries, management of correspondences, client support and staff support to ensure smooth running of school operations.

Specific Responsibilities
Take prospective parents and students through the admission process which includes;
Explaining to the parents the range of services and benefits that the school offers.
Orienting the prospective and new parents by conducting a tour of the campus while explaining to them the facilities available in the school.
Scheduling and arranging for assessments and bookings for child admission.
Guiding the parents on how to complete the student admission documents.
Channel all communication from any department in school to the parents after approval by either the Deputy Principal or School Principal.
Ensure continuous growth in student numbers by working closely with the Administrator and the Communications and Marketing Office.
File and update student registration documents into digiskool & iSAMS platform.
Manage physical back-up filing of the student registration documents.
Assist the Administrator with sending reports that have not been incorporated into the iSAMS
platform via email to the parents (e.g. club reports, BTEC reports).
Ensure medical forms are forwarded to the Wellness Centre at the point of student admission for updating of their medical records by the Wellness team.
Participate in the social media marketing and analysis of feedback.
Follow up with inquiries of clients from website backend, emails, phone calls or physical visits.
Channel all feedback and concerns from parents to teachers and management in consultation with the Administrator.
Edit and create content for the school newsletter and school magazine when called upon by the Creative Media/Marketing Team.
Works as part of the technical team that plans for school events.
Maintain a good document filing system.
Attend scheduled meetings as may be needed from time to time.
Assist the Administrator in managing the other support functions (facilities, catering, transport) as may be guided or requested.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Perform any other administrative duty as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Customer Service, Office Management, Education Administration or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a busy school or educational institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital record management systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage competing deadlines effectively.
High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
