Job Primary Purpose
The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative assistance to each Senior HR Officer. The incumbent will perform basic administrative duties in the HR environment, such as typing, making copies, collating data, and filing.
Key Performance Areas:
Provide administrative assistance to the Senior HR Officer, which includes scheduling appointments, preparing documentation for meetings and committees, filing, typing, photocopying, and answering telephones.
provide assistance and support with general HR front office enquiries.
Provide HR transactional administrative support for employee benefits, leave administration, and termination of services.
Assist with capturing employee data on HRIS.
Assist with the compilation of candidate summaries under supervision.
Assist with all recruitment and selection logistics.
Minimum Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
M+3-year Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology or related field.
Years of Experience:
3 years of experience in HR administration.
Key Competencies
Knowledge and application of HR policies, legislation, systems, and procedures.
Proficiency in data capturing and analytics tools (Ms Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to maintain up-to-date records.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data in compliance with HR policy, legislation, and procedures.
Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people and information.
