Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service


Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Provide information about classes, schedules, programs, and academy services.
Handle client registrations and maintain accurate student records.


Administrative Support


Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and basic documentation.
Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and events.
Support management with general administrative tasks.


Payments & Records


Receive and record payments for classes, memberships, and other services.
Issue receipts and maintain payment records.
Assist with invoicing and tracking of outstanding payments when required.


Operations Support


Ensure the reception area and office space remain organized and presentable.
Coordinate with coaches and staff regarding schedules and student attendance.
Support event planning, competitions, and academy activities.


Qualifications & Skills


Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
