Parts Incorporated Africa is searching for a target- driven ,motivated Administrative Assistant: Sales to join the branch in Pretoria.
The Sales Administrative Assistant provides vital support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role is key to maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in all sales-related activities.
Requirements:
Matric Certificate/Grade 12
Experience in debtors & creditors would be an added benefit
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills for dealing with clients
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills (expression as well as comprehension)
Computer literacy
Professionalism
Excellent organizational skills
Key Performance Indicators include but not limited to.
Sales Support
Processing RMA's (return merchandise authorization) and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
Client Interaction
Acting as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Supporting customer relationship management by ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
Operational Efficiency
Ensuring compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Arranging collections: Scheduling pick-ups with courier companies.
Communication: Liaising with courier service providers to resolve delays, errors, or missed collections.
