Roles and Responsibilities:


Regular liaison with Dispatch department;
Investigate and resolve dispatch and equipment queries both internal and external;
Assist with special projects such as stock takes; training etc;
Conduct pallet investigation from shop4 when required;
Capture and rectify equipment from what has been scanned from Dispatch;
Use CICNC to verify equipment;
Use XPBIF to check equipment that doesn't appear on system
Capture Chep documents;
Check handhelds to verify errors made by the Dispatch clerks on their control sheets;
Regular visits to the DC floor;General Filling of all documents received.
Establish and build a relationship with client management and TES supervisors;
Attend formal meetings at client with Personnel officer when required;
Communicate and provide feedback regularly to client and resolve client queries timeously;
