Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative & Facility Officer to oversee daily facility operations, supervise support staff, and ensure a clean, secure, and well-functioning work environment.
The ideal candidate will manage resources efficiently while supporting smooth administrative coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of office supplies, furniture, and administrative materials while maintaining adequate stock levels.
Raise and process requests for facility and operational needs.
Prepare letters, reports, schedules, and other official documents as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
Supervise office assistants, security personnel, drivers, and front desk officers to ensure effective performance.
Maintain a neat and organized showroom, ensuring proper documentation of displayed items.
Oversee waste disposal and general facility cleanliness.
Monitor power supply, fuel levels, and maintenance of office appliances and equipment.
Supervise fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are clean, serviced, and properly documented.
Ensure CCTV systems and other security installations are functional and enforce compliance with company security protocols.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in administration, facility management, or a related role.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
