Key Responsibilities:


Day-to-day office administrative and operational activities
Filing, organization, archiving, and retrieval of study documents and administrative records
Preparation, photocopying, printing, scanning, and distribution of study materials and documents
Scheduling of meetings, trainings, field activities, and appointments
Preparation of meeting materials, attendance lists, and meeting minutes
Maintenance of office records, inventory logs, and administrative trackers
Coordination of office supplies, stationery, and other administrative consumables


Vacancy Requirements:


Must have graduated with Bachelor's Degree training in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Procurement, Project Management, Office Administration, or related field Mandatory
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Mandatory
Basic understanding of office administration and records management Mandatory
