Key Requirement
Minimum of OND in any discipline.
Core Responsibilities:
Reception & Communication: Answering phones, directing calls, and welcoming visitors (parents, vendors, inspectors).
Security & Access Control: Managing visitor logs, issuing badges, and ensuring no unauthorized person enters the premises.
Admissions Support:
Handing out prospectuses, explaining basic enrollment procedures, and scheduling tours for prospective families.
Administrative Support: Managing incoming/outgoing mail, filing student records, and assisting the Principal or Head of School with paperwork.
Attendance Tracking: Monitoring student lateness, logging early departures, and calling parents to verify unexplained absences.
Car Pull (Drop off and Pick ups): Ensuring every child is picked up by an authorized adult. This requires knowing faces and being strict with pickup lists.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂEmotional Support: Comforting students who may have separation anxiety or lost their lunchbox.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂParental Liaison: Relaying daily reminders about school activities "Crazy Hair Day," field trip permissions, or lost-and-found items
