Key Responsibilities


Coordinate daily office administrative operations and manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities.
Support HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Organize meetings, maintain records, and support internal operational processes.
Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across the company's social media platforms.
Manage social media accounts, respond to online inquiries, and monitor engagement.
Track and report social media performance metrics.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in administration, social media management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and digital media skills.
