Job Summary


We are seeking a competent, organised and proactive Administrative Officer to provide effective administrative and operational support to the Company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining records, supporting Management and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Company's daily operations.


Responsibilities
The Administrative Officer shall:


Coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the Company.
Provide administrative support to Management and various departments.
Maintain proper physical and electronic filing systems and Company records.
Prepare letters, reports, memos, minutes and other official correspondence.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and telephone communications.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules and other administrative activities.
Take minutes of meetings and follow up on assigned action points.
Monitor office supplies, stationery and other administrative resources.
Liaise with vendors, service providers and other stakeholders on administrative matters.
Assist with procurement and maintain proper records of purchases and supplies.
Coordinate office maintenance, utilities, repairs and other facilities-related matters.
Assist with staff documentation, onboarding, attendance records and other HR-related administrative functions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff and administrative records.
Assist in making travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements for Management and staff when required.
Prepare periodic administrative reports for Management.
Ensure compliance with the Company's administrative policies and procedures.
Handle confidential information and Company documents with discretion.
Perform any other administrative duties as may be assigned by Management.


Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Good knowledge of office administration and business operations.
High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.


Education:


A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Office Technology and Management, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
Professional certification in Administration, Human Resources or a related field will be an added advantage.


Experience:


Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in administration, office management or a similar role.
Previous experience in a structured corporate environment is preferred.
Experience in providing administrative support to Management will be an added advantage.
Experience with records management, procurement coordination and office/facilities administration is desirable.
