Responsibilities
Manage accurate records of factory supplies, stationery, equipment, and machines
Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including the purchase of fuel and electrical within the office premises.
Ensure all office equipment is functioning perfectly.
Provide support for all field staff to ensure that the set objectives and target are fully realized.
Discover new suppliers, initiate business, and organization partnerships.
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Liaise with the vendors for purchase, repairs and maintenance of company assets.
Assist with factory staff attendance, leave records and schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist with communicating HR policies, rules, and procedures to factory staff
Ensure factory workers comply with company policies and safety guidelines
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Industrial relations, or a related discipline
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation skills.
